The bank's money was stolen from Android's error
Google's Android software is known to have major security
flaws (bugs). As a result of this error, cyber criminals created fake apps and
seized the bank accounts of others, said a mobile phone security firm.
Due to this error or bug, the attackers create fake login
pages and collect information from different apps. According to a Play Store
survey, criminals tried to attack more than 5 banks by using this tactic.
However, Google has taken action to fix this error. They
also said they were working to find the source of the problem.
The bug was first discovered by the Norwegian mobile
security firm Promo. Its chief technology officer (CTO) Tom Hansen said
cyber-attacks were targeted by banks in several countries with the help of malicious
